Sugar-free cranberry sauce

This is a perfect compliment to a low-carb holiday meal.

Ingredients
- 2 cups (215 grams) fresh cranberries, rinsed
- 30-40 drops stevia liquid (to taste)
- 1/2 teaspoon ground cinnamon
- 1 cup water
- 1 tbsp ground chia seeds
Directions
- Heat a medium saucepan over medium heat and add the cranberries and water.
- The cranberries will burst and this should take about eight minutes.
- Remove from heat, and stir in the chia seeds and liquid stevia.
- Transfer mixture to a serving bowl or mason jar. Cover and refrigerate until ready to serve. Makes two cups (500 millilitres).
