Hibiscus rum cocktail

A sparkling cocktail inspired by the novel, Summer of My Amazing Luck by Miriam Toews. Enjoy this refreshing drink all summer long. 



  • 0.75 oz hibiscus syrup
  • 0.75 oz fresh lime juice
  • 75 oz white rum
  • Prosecco, to top
  • Whole hibiscus flower, to garnish


  1. Combine the hibiscus syrup, fresh lime juice and white rum in a cocktail glass and stir. 
  2. Top with prosecco and garnish with a whole hibiscus flower. Enjoy!
