Summer Pineapple fruit cocktail

This fruit cocktail is light and refreshing for those who’d rather pass on the alcohol. 



  • Ice cubes
  • ½ cup pineapple juice (125 milliliters)
  • ½ cup coconut water (125 milliliters)
  • Splash cranberry juice
  • Grilled pineapple slices for garnish


  1. Put ice cubes in a tall glass and pour in juices and coconut water.  Stir to blend and top with a grilled pieces of pineapple for garnish.
  2. Can also be made in a pitcher
