Sweet and salty scallion vinaigrette
Ingredients
- 1/2 cup (120 milliliters) soy sauce
- 1/4 cup (60 milliliters) rice wine vinegar
- 1/4 cup (60 milliliters) mirin
- 1/4 cup (60 milliliters) sesame oil
- 1 tablespoon (15 milliliters) garlic, minced
- 1 tablespoon (15 milliliters) ginger, peeled and minced
- 3 tablespoons (45 milliliters) scallions, chopped
Directions
- Place all ingredients except scallions in a food processor and blend for one minute.
- Remove from food processor, and keep in medium sized bowl.
- Add scallions and stir.
- Serve with bamboo steamed haddock with garlic and black beans (see recipe).
