Ingredients
1/2 cup (120 milliliters) soy sauce
1/4 cup (60 milliliters) rice wine vinegar
1/4 cup (60 milliliters) mirin
1/4 cup (60 milliliters) sesame oil
1 tablespoon (15 milliliters) garlic, minced
1 tablespoon (15 milliliters) ginger, peeled and minced
3 tablespoons (45 milliliters) scallions, chopped
Directions
Place all ingredients except scallions in a food processor and blend for one minute.
Remove from food processor, and keep in medium sized bowl.
Add scallions and stir.
Serve with bamboo steamed haddock with garlic and black beans (see recipe).
