Ingredients
1 sweet potato, pricked
¼ cup plain 2% Greek yogurt
1/4 red apple, sliced
3 tablespoons pecans
2 tablespoons pumpkin seeds, toasted
2 dates, thinly sliced
1 tablespoon hemp hearts
Directions
Preheat oven to 400 degrees Fahreneit.
Bake sweet potato on a baking sheet for 45 minutes until tender. Slice the sweet potato in half and place in a bowl.
Top with yogurt, apples, pecans, dates pumpkin seeds and hemp hearts and enjoy!
