Heat up a large skillet over medium heat. Add the oil, onion, green pepper, carrots and tomatoes. Cook, stirring occasionally for six mintes until the vegetables are translucent.
Push all the vegetables to the edges of the pan and add the ground turkey. Use a wooden spoon to break up the turkey and cook for 10min or until cooked through.
Stir in the chilli powder, dried oregano, salt, pepper and water and black beans. Bring to a simmer and cook for another 10 minutes.
Scatter the top of the turkey and veggies with the grated cheese. Serve and enjoy!
