Ingredients
1/3 cup green onion
1/2 cup mint
1/2 cup coriander
1 teaspoon red chili
1/2 cup toasted peanut
1/2 cup halved cherry tomato
1 soup spoon toasted sesame seed
1/2 cup sliced radish
1/2 cup chopped cucumber
1/2 cup sliced red onion
1/2 roast chicken
Dressing:
1/2 soup spoon sesame oil
1/2 cup olive oil
1 soup spoon grated ginger
1/2 cup lime juice plus zest
2 soup spoons Thai fish sauce
1/4 cup rice wine vinegar
1 clove minced garlic
1 soup spoon chopped red chili
Garnish with ranch potato chips
Directions
Add all salad ingredients together.
Add all dressing ingredients together.
Add dressing to salad ingredients and toss.
Serve garnished with potato chips.
