The boultbee bourbon

Ingredients

  • 4 blackberries, divided
  • 1 orange wedge
  • Ice
  • 45 milliliters ounces Woodford Reserve Bourbon
  • 20 milliliters fresh lemon juice
  • 20 milliliters maple syrup
  • 60 milliliters club soda

Directions

  1. In a cocktail shaker, muddle together three blackberries with orange wedge, then fill shaker with ice, add bourbon, juice and syrup, and shake well.
  2. Strain mixture into an ice-filled glass, stir in club soda, garnish with reserved blackberry and serve immediately.
