Directions
- Pour a thin layer of caramel sauce onto a shallow dish then dip the rim of a coffee mug (glass is preferable) into the sauce just to coat. Turn the mug right side up and pour in the whiskey, hazelnut liquor, and Irish cream. Stir to combine.
- Pour over the hot coffee, give the cocktail a stir, and top with a dollop of whipped cream and a few chocolate curls.
*To make easy chocolate curls, simply run a vegetable peeler over a bar of your favourite chocolate.
