Ingredients
104 milliliters (3.5 ounces) dry riesling
30 milliliters (1 ounce) Kvas ginger wildflower simple syrup
7 milliliters lemon juice
5-10 mint leaves
Glassware:
237 milliliter (8 ounce) mason jar
Directions
Add all ingredients, save four mint-leaves, to a mason jar 3/4 filled with ice. Shake until chilled and garnish with remaining mint-leaves.
