The Sicilian cocktail
Ingredients
- 60 milliliters (2 ounces) sweet vermouth
- 45 milliliters (1.5 ounces) Amaro
- 45 milliliters (1.5 ounces) cold brew concentrate
- 30 milliliters (1 ounce) simple syrup
- 1 centimeter piece of orange zest
Directions
- Add the vermouth, amaro, cold brew and simple syrup to a large mixing glass and add plenty of ice. Stir until chilled and then strain into a glass. Garnish with orange peel.
