The Sicilian cocktail

  • 60 milliliters (2 ounces) sweet vermouth
  • 45 milliliters (1.5 ounces) Amaro
  • 45 milliliters (1.5 ounces) cold brew concentrate
  • 30 milliliters (1 ounce) simple syrup
  • 1 centimeter piece of orange zest


  1. Add the vermouth, amaro, cold brew and simple syrup to a large mixing glass and add plenty of ice.  Stir until chilled and then strain into a glass. Garnish with orange peel.
