  • 4oz Irish whiskey
  • 4 dashes Angostura bitters
  • 70ml simple syrup
  • Juice of one lemon
  • Juice of half an orange
  • ice cubes
  • 2 egg whites
  • 2 slices of orange


  1. Place the whiskey, angostura bitters, juice of lemon and orange, simple syrup, two egg whites and ice in a cocktail shaker. Shake for two minutes.
  2. Pour into chilled coup glasses. Garnish each glass with a slice of orange.
