Three melon Sriracha salsa
Ingredients
- ¼ cup watermelon balls scooped out with tiny melon baller or finely diced (50 milliliters)
- ¼ cup cantaloupe melon balls, same size as watermelon (50 milliliters)
- ¼ cup honeydew or other green melon balls, same size as above (50 milliliters)
- 1 teaspoon pomegranate molasses (5 milliliters)
- Splash sriracha hot sauce
- Handful chopped fresh mint, chopped
- Fleur de sel to taste
