Ingredients
¼ cup watermelon balls scooped out with tiny melon baller or finely diced (50 milliliters)
¼ cup cantaloupe melon balls, same size as watermelon (50 milliliters)
¼ cup honeydew or other green melon balls, same size as above (50 milliliters)
1 teaspoon pomegranate molasses (5 milliliters)
Splash sriracha hot sauce
Handful chopped fresh mint, chopped
Fleur de sel to taste
Directions
In a medium bowl, combine all ingredients and stir to blend well.
Adjust level of hot sauce to your liking.
