This is your classic gin martini but with the luscious sweetness of kumato tomatoes.

Ingredients

  • .5 oz gin
  • 0.5oz dry vermouth
  • 0.75oz Kumato Tomato Water
  • 2 drops of basil oil
  • A lemon twist

Directions

  1. Stir gin, vermouth and tomato water in a cocktail glass, and strain into a chilled coupe glass.
  2. Garnish with basil oil and lemon twist. Enjoy!
