Two-tone mimosas

Ingredients

  • Sparkling wine
  • Orange juice
  • Pomegranate juice
  • Orange slices (optional)

Directions

  1. In champagne flutes, combine equal parts sparkling wine and orange juice. Gently pour a tablespoon of pomegranate juice over the back of a spoon into each flute to create a layer of colour on top. Garnish with orange slice (if using).
