Watermason mule

  • 45 milliliters (1.5 ounces) Belvedere Vodka
  • 10 milliliters (1/3 ounce) freshly squeezed lemon juice
  • 90 milliliters (3 ounces) ginger beer
  • 1/3 cup fresh watermelon slices (rind removed)
  • 2 sprigs of mint (one for garnish)


  1. Grab your mason jar and muddle a sprig of mint and watermelon slices.
  2. Fill 2/3 of your mason jar with ice and add the vodka and lemon juice. Seal the jar and give it a quick shake.
  3. Remove the lid from the mason jar and pour the cocktail into a fresh glass or just use the jar as your glass.
  4. Top up with fresh ice, add your ginger beer and garnish with mint and a watermelon slice.
