Ingredients
8 cups watermelon, rind removed, seeded and cubed
1/4 cup honey
1/4 cup tequila
1 lime, juiced
1 lemon, juiced
Mint, for garnish
Directions
Blend watermelon, honey, tequila and citrus juice in a blender until smooth.
Pour into a loaf pan, cover in plastic wrap, and freeze for at least four hours or overnight. If freezing overnight, let the sorbet sit out for five minutes before scooping.
