Watermelon citrus and tequila sorbet

Combine summer fresh watermelon with bright tequila for this cold dessert. 



  • 8 cups watermelon, rind removed, seeded and cubed
  • 1/4 cup honey
  • 1/4 cup tequila
  • 1 lime, juiced
  • 1 lemon, juiced
  • Mint, for garnish


  1. Blend watermelon, honey, tequila and citrus juice in a blender until smooth.
  2. Pour into a loaf pan, cover in plastic wrap, and freeze for at least four hours or overnight. If freezing overnight, let the sorbet sit out for five minutes before scooping.
  3. Serve with mint, and enjoy!
