Watermelon punch bowl

Ingredients

  • 1 watermelon
  • 1/2 cup freshly squeezed lime juice
  • 1/2 cup mint leaves
  • 3 cups white rum
  • 1 cup pineapple juice
  • 2 cups club soda

Directions

  1. Lay Watermelon on its side. Using a serrated knife, cut a thin piece of skin off the side it’s laying on to create a sturdy base.
  2. Attach one mixer blade to an electric hand mixer.
  3. Position the blade above the center of the Watermelon, and use knife to cut a small hole around it.
  4. Lower blade into Watermelon, and turn on mixer. Blend flesh until completely liquefied.
  5. Add remaining ingredients, and blend for ten seconds.
  6. Add some colourful crazy straws into the pool, and enjoy!
