Whipped feta dip
Ingredients
- 1, 8 oz block feta
- 3/4 cup, greek yogurt
- 2 tbsp, olive oil
- Zest of 1 lemon
- 1/2 teaspoon, garlic powder
- 1/2 teaspoon, dried oregano
- 1/2 teaspoon, chilli flakes
- 1/4 cup, chopped kalamata olives
- 1/4 cup, quartered cherry tomatoes
- 2 tablespoon, torn basil leaves
- Sliced crunchy vegetables for serving (celery, carrots, radishes, cucumber)
Directions
1. In a blender add feta, yogurt, olive oil, lemon zest, garlic powder, oregano, and chilli flakes. Blend until completely smooth.
2. Pour into a bowl, and garnish with olives, tomatoes, basil leaves, and a drizzle of olive oil.
3. Serve with crunchy vegetables for dipping.
