An anise-forward, neon green beverage that is fresh and perfect for your Halloween soirée.

Ingredients

  • 1 oz gin
  • 1/4 oz anise liqueur
  • 1oz lime juice
  • 2 tablespoons muddled kiwi
  • Soda, to top up

Directions

  1. Muddle in a shaker tin kiwi, lime juice and sugar, add gina and pastis and shake vigorously for 10 to 15 seconds.
  2. Strain into a coupe glass, and garnish with a plastic spider.  Enjoy!
