Yogurt bowl

Looking for something light, but still filling in the morning? This yogurt granola bowl is packed with plant-based protein, flavour, and fun. It's healthy, quick, and super easy - the perfect breakfast food!

Ingredients

  • 1 cup of vegan coconut yogurt
  • 1/2 cup of strawberries
  • 1/2 cup blackberries
  • 1/2 cup mangos
  • 1/4 cup granola
  • 1 tablespoon chia seeds
  • 1 tablespoon hemp seeds
  • 1 tablespoon shredded unsweetened coconut
  • Coco nibs (optional)

Directions

  1. Fill jar with vegan coconut yogurt.
  2. Add fruit layer.
  3. Sprinkle granola, chia seeds, hemp seeds and coco nibs (optional) on top.
  4. Enjoy!
