Zucchini, herbed butter and lobster foil packet
These delicious zucchini, herbed butter and lobster foil packets are packed with flavour and make for an easy clean-up at your next camping BBQ!

Ingredients
Zucchini, herbed butter and lobster foil packet
- 1 green zucchini, cut in 1” chunks
- 1 yellow zucchini, cut in 1” chunks
- ½ can chickpeas, rinsed
- 2 tablespoons butter
- 50 ml white wine
- 1 teaspoon Old Bay seasoning
- ½ bunch tarragon, finely chopped
- 2 cans (90 g) lobster
Directions
- Combine the green and yellow zucchinis and divide between two foil packets. Top each packet with chickpeas, butter, wine, and Old Bay.
- Close the packets and place them in the coals of your fire for 10 minutes.
- Remove, open and top with fresh tarragon and chunks of the lobster. Enjoy!
