This year's Bell Let's Talk Day is arguably more important than ever, with the entire global community facing so much hardship and uncertainty. Mental health struggles are more prevalant than ever as we remain isolated from our usual support systems. This year's primetime special is hosted by The Social's Melissa Grelo and Etalk's Tyrone Edwards and features the stories of Canadians and their mental health journies during such a tumultuous time. From the incredble people on the front line every day, to the eldery community who are more isolated than ever, these are the stories of our neighbours, friends and family.
