Psychologist Dr. Jody Carrington built her practice around community, and the importantance of connecting with those around you. And then she learned first hand just how important it is to have to relationships in your life you can count on when she and her family contracted COVID-19. With a unique perspective as a therapist, and a grueling 38 day quarantine, Dr. Carrington shares her personal journey of her family's resilience and how isolation worsens the mental state of those already battling anxiety or depression.
