Psychologist Dr. Jody Carrington built her practice around the community and the importance of connecting with those around you. And then she learned firsthand just how important it is to have relationships in your life you can count on when she and her family contracted COVID-19. With a unique perspective as a therapist and a gruelling 38-day quarantine, Dr. Carrington shares her personal journey of her family's resilience and how isolation worsens the mental state of those already battling anxiety or depression. Watch the video above to hear her very personal story about what she learned from the experience.
