Celebrity stylist Joe Zee has helped all sorts of starts get ready for the red carpet, and now, he's sharing his secrets that have helped countless celebrities look their absolute best. From the insider tip to help endure hours and hours in painful heels, or avoiding embaressing sweat marks - this is info we can all use. And if you're lucky enough to be heading to the Oscars, then you really want to take note!

Sweat stain protectors

If you're feeling nervous for the event you're going to, putting sweat stain protectors on the underarms of your long sleeved outfit is guaranteed to help! Perfect for a hot summer day or if you're in a room with hot studio lights.

CBD oil on your feet

While you might think sore feet ara inevitable, using CBD oil on your feet can actually reduce throbbing. Menthol spray can help as well - even Mandy Moore is fan of this!

Taping a temporary hem

If a celebrity's outfit has returned and needs temporary alterations, Joe will use iron double stick tape or hem the tape to keep it in place. You can also use tape for taping a dress around the cleavage area.

Sweetener stain remover

In general if you ever have a stain, never rub! Always dab it lightly and some liquid sweetener into the stain for a bit & then push it out from behind & brush off.

Sandpaper on the bottom of shoes

If you have a pair of brand new shoes, take a piece of sandpaper and roughen up the soles. This will help it become non-slip!

Tape cleavage

Bra inserts (or chicken cutlets) are a great way to enhance cleavage in your outfit. The old fashioned-away used to be taping the breasts but it's uncomfortable. The bra inserts will help shape your breasts and help keep the dress shape.

Take a picture with flash

This is trick that stars use when they want to test if an outfit is sheer or not. With countless photographers taking pictures, you want to make sure they're getting a proper shot. Jennifer Lopez even uses this tip!
