In a bowl, mix together the oats, milk, vanilla, instant espresso powder, peanut butter, maple syrup and salt. Transfer to a jar or airtight container. Alternatively, you can divide the oats into separate jars. Let the oats sit a minimum of 4 hours or overnight in fridge.
When ready to eat, garnish with the cinnamon, chia seeds and hemp hearts if desired and enjoy either cold or warmed up!
