Ingredients
- 1 oz gin
- 1 oz Cognac
- 3/4 oz Ginger and Lavender Honey Syrup
- 1 oz fresh lemon juice
- 3 drops Saline Solution
- Lemon coin, for garnish
Directions
- In a shaker tine, combine the gin, Cognac, honey, syrup, lemon juice and saline solution. Add cubed ice and shake vigorously for 12 seconds. Fine-strain into a chilled coupe glass and garnish with the lemon coin.
