Easy High Protein Dip

Ingredients
- 2 cups plain Greek Yogurt
- 1 cup sour cream
- 1 tablespoon lemon juice
- 2 teaspoon onion powder
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- ½ teaspoon fresh black pepper
- ½ teaspoon salt
- ¼ cup chopped fresh chives
- 1 teaspoon hot sauce
Directions
- Add the yogurt and sour cream to a bowl and mix to combine.
- Stir in the lemon juice, onion powder, garlic powder, pepper, salt, chives and hot sauce.
- Place in a container and refrigerate for a minimum of 1 hour.
- Serve with potato chips or vegetables.
