Easy High Protein Dip

Ingredients

  • 2 cups plain Greek Yogurt
  • 1 cup sour cream
  • 1 tablespoon lemon juice
  • 2 teaspoon onion powder
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • ½ teaspoon fresh black pepper
  • ½ teaspoon salt
  • ¼ cup chopped fresh chives
  • 1 teaspoon hot sauce

Directions

  1. Add the yogurt and sour cream to a bowl and mix to combine. 
  2. Stir in the lemon juice, onion powder, garlic powder, pepper, salt, chives and hot sauce.
  3. Place in a container and refrigerate for a minimum of 1 hour.
  4. Serve with potato chips or vegetables.
