Ingredients

  • 6 raspberries, plus 6 more for garnish (optional)
  • 2 oz vodka
  • 2 oz cranberry-raspberry juice
  • 1 oz fresh lime or lemon juice
  • Ice cubes
  • About 4 oz Prosecco
  • 2 lime or lemon twists or wheels, for garnish

Directions

  1. In a cocktail shaker, using a muddler or a wooden spoon, muddle the raspberries to a rough paste. Add the vodka, cranberry-raspberry juice, and lime juice. Fill the shaker with ice, cover, and shake until the mixture is well chilled, about 30 seconds.
  2. Have ready two sexy glasses. Strain the vodka mixture into the glasses, dividing it evenly. Top with the Prosecco, again dividing it evenly. Garnish each glass with 3 raspberries speared onto a cocktail pick (if using) and a lime twist and serve.
