Ingredients
- 6 raspberries, plus 6 more for garnish (optional)
- 2 oz vodka
- 2 oz cranberry-raspberry juice
- 1 oz fresh lime or lemon juice
- Ice cubes
- About 4 oz Prosecco
- 2 lime or lemon twists or wheels, for garnish
Directions
- In a cocktail shaker, using a muddler or a wooden spoon, muddle the raspberries to a rough paste. Add the vodka, cranberry-raspberry juice, and lime juice. Fill the shaker with ice, cover, and shake until the mixture is well chilled, about 30 seconds.
- Have ready two sexy glasses. Strain the vodka mixture into the glasses, dividing it evenly. Top with the Prosecco, again dividing it evenly. Garnish each glass with 3 raspberries speared onto a cocktail pick (if using) and a lime twist and serve.
