Ingredients
- 1 cup wild frozen blueberries, 150 g
- 1 banana
- ½ cup vanilla yogurt, can sub dairy-free, 120 g
- ½ to 1 cup milk, can sub dairy-free, 120 mL
- 1 -2 tbsp Honey
- Optional: spoonful of nut butter, granola
Directions
- Add all to blender.
- Blend.
- Serve with garnish and straw.
