Ingredients
- 1.5 oz of amber coloured maple syrup
- 8.5 oz of Pimm’s
- 16 oz ginger beer
- Ice
Garnish:
- strawberries
- mint
- cucumber
- oranges
Directions
- Slice the strawberries, lemon, orange, and cucumber and pick the leaves off the mint sprigs. Add the garnish ingredients to a jug, leaving some aside for serving in the drinks.
- Pour the maple syrup into the jug.
- Fill the jug around one third of the way up with Pimm’s.
- Add ice cubes to the jug.
- Top up with ginger beer.
- Add the leftover garnish to the glasses ensuring each glass has a little of everything.
- Add an extra ice cube to each.
- Pour and serve immediately in large wine glasses.
