Apertif o Clock (Evelyn)

Ingredients

  • 1oz Aperitivo (like Aperol)
  • 0.25 oz Lemon Juice
  • 1oz Grapefruit Juice
  • Top with Lambrusco

Directions

  1. In a wine glass, add Aperitivo, lemon juice and grapefruit, stir to dilute.
  2. Add more ice and ‘layer’ Lambrusco.
