Directions
Cut the chicken breast into small dice. Add the chicken to a mixing bowl along with the cabbage, red onion and corn.
In a separate bowl, whisk together the mayonnaise, yogurt and miso paste until the miso is completely dissolved and mixed through. Stir in the lemon juice and honey. Season with pepper to taste.
Add the miso mayonnaise to the chicken mixture and mix to combine. Mix in the cilantro and sesame seeds.
Serve on a toasted bun or on a bed of salad greens garnished with more cilantro and sesame seeds.
