Ingredients
- 1/2 ripe kiwi (cut into cubes)
- 1/2 lime (3 wedges)
- 0.5oz Rich Syrup
- 1.5oz White Rum
Directions
- In a mason jar muddle 1/2 ripe kiwi with 2 lime wedges, then add four to five mint leaves.
- Add ice and cover. Shake for 10-15 seconds.
- Add more ice and top with lime sparkling water.
- Garnish with a kiwi wheel & mint.
