Citrus Herb Vodka Soda with Yuzu

Ingredients

• 1 oz vodka
• 0.25 oz yuzu juice
• 0.5 oz Bianco Vermouth
• 2 to 3 oz soda water
• Grapefruit peel
• Rosemary sprig

Directions

1. Build over ice in a wine glass.
2. Stir gently.
3. Garnish with a grapefruit peel and a small rosemary sprig.
