Easy Crock Pot Ribs

Ingredients
- 2 kg Pork Back Ribs
- ¼ cup Cajun seasoning blend (or any blend of choice)
- 1 cup barbecue sauce
Directions
- Remove the silver skin from the underside of the rack of ribs. Cut the ribs into two bone portions.
- Season the rib portions evenly and all over with the cajun seasoning blend.
- Tuck the ribs into a slow cooker. Close and set on high. Cook for 4-5 hours until the meat is very tender.
- Preheat the oven to 400°F and line two baking sheets with aluminum foil
- Transfer the ribs to the lined baking sheet. Brush each rib generously with barbecue sauce. Bake in the oven for 8 minutes.
- Remove from the oven and brush with more barbecue sauce. Serve.
