Ingredients
- 2 shots espresso
- 1oz ‘Mocha Sauce’ (recipe follows)
- 2 oz oat milk foam
- Extra mocha sauce for topping
For the Mocha Sauce
- 1/4 cup cocoa powder
- 1/2 cup sugar
- 1/4 cup water
- 1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract
- Pinch of salt
Directions
- Add Espresso and ‘Mocha Sauce’ into a shaker, shake and dump into a tall collins glass.
- With a frother, froth up 2oz Oat Milk and layer on top of drinks.
- Top with extra mocha sauce.
For the Mocha Sauce
- Combine: In a saucepan, whisk together cocoa powder, sugar, and salt.
- Heat: Add the water and place over medium heat. Stir constantly until the mixture comes to a gentle boil and looks smooth and glossy.
- Finish: Remove from heat and stir in the vanilla extract.
- Cool & Store
