Frozen Sour Grapes

Ingredients
- 2 cups crisp green grapes
- Juice of 1 lemon
- 1/2 cup monk fruit sweetener
- 2 tablespoons granulated sugar
- 1 to 2 teaspoons citric acid
Directions
- Wash and dry the grapes well, then place them in a large bowl.
- Add the lemon juice, monk fruit sweetener, granulated sugar, and citric acid, then toss until the grapes are evenly coated.
- Spread the grapes out in a single layer on a baking sheet or large plate lined with parchment paper.
- Freeze for 4 hours, or overnight until solid
- Serve straight from the freezer, let thaw for 1-2 minutes. Store in the freezer.
