Frozen Sour Grapes

Ingredients

  • 2 cups crisp green grapes
  • Juice of 1 lemon
  • 1/2 cup monk fruit sweetener
  • 2 tablespoons granulated sugar
  • 1 to 2 teaspoons citric acid

Directions

  1. Wash and dry the grapes well, then place them in a large bowl.
  2. Add the lemon juice, monk fruit sweetener, granulated sugar, and citric acid, then toss until the grapes are evenly coated.
  3. Spread the grapes out in a single layer on a baking sheet or large plate lined with parchment paper.
  4. Freeze for 4 hours, or overnight until solid
  5. Serve straight from the freezer, let thaw for 1-2 minutes. Store in the freezer.
