Gin and St German Collins

Ingredients

  • 1.5 oz gin
  • 0.5 oz St Germain
  • 1 squeeze of lemon
  • 4 dashes bitters
  • Soda
  • Ice
  • 2 Collins glasses

Directions

  1. In a Collins glass filled with ice, stir in gin, St Germain and a squeeze of lemon and bitters.
  2. Top with soda and stir to enjoy.
