Italian Buck

Ingredients

  • 2 ounces Cynar
  • 3/4 ounces lime juice
  • 3 ounces tonic

Garnish:

  • lime wheel

Directions

  1. Add Cynar and the lime juice to a cocktail shaker.
  2. Add ice and give it a good shake until chilled.
  3. Strain into a large coup style glass.
  4. Top up with tonic water.
  5. Garnish with a lime wheel.
