Lemon Sgropinno

Ingredients

• 750ml Latte Miele Prosecco DOC Spumante
• Lemon sorbet
• Mint

Directions

1. In a jug, add 3 scoops of lemon sorbet and 5oz prosecco, whisk until ‘fluffy’ and pour into coupe glasses. Top with more prosecco and garnish with a mini sprig of mint.
