2 teaspoons cornstarch, dissolved in 2 tablespoons cold water
1 package of frozen lumpia wrappers (medium-sized)
Sweet chili sauce, for serving
Directions
In a bowl, combine the ground pork, shrimp, celery, carrot, onion, garlic, fish sauce, sugar, onion powder, garlic powder, soy sauce, black pepper, and egg. Mix well to combine (you may also take a tablespoon of the filling and microwave it well until cooked through to taste if the filling needs more seasoning)
Take a tablespoon of the filling and roll it tightly in a spring roll wrapper. Secure the edges and seal with the cornstarch and water mixture.
Fry the lumpia in oil for 5-7 minutes, or until golden brown and the filling is cooked through.
Serve warm with sweet chili sauce and watch everyone enjoy!
