Farmer’s Market Everything But The Kitchen Sink Pasta Salad

Ingredients

  • 4 cups Farfalle, boiled & cooled (tossed with 1 tbsp of olive oil)

Dressing:

  • 1/2 cup mayo
  • 1/2 cup sour cream
  • 1 tbsp garlic powder
  • 1 tbsp onion powder
  • 1 tsp smoked paprika
  • 1 tsp salt (more recommended)
  • 1 tsp pepper
  • 2 tbsp cider vinegar

Add-ins:

  • 2 1⁄2 cups broccoli florets, rough chopped
  • 3–4 radishes, sliced
  • 1 cup snow peas, sliced (julienned)
  • 1/3 cup carrots, shredded
  • 1/3 cup dill
  • 1/3 cup chives
  • 1/4 cup basil
  • 1 cup crumbled feta

Directions

  1. Mix all ingredients together in a large bowl.
  2. Let chill in the fridge for minimum of 30 minutes before serving.
