Ingredients
- 4 cups Farfalle, boiled & cooled (tossed with 1 tbsp of olive oil)
Dressing:
- 1/2 cup mayo
- 1/2 cup sour cream
- 1 tbsp garlic powder
- 1 tbsp onion powder
- 1 tsp smoked paprika
- 1 tsp salt (more recommended)
- 1 tsp pepper
- 2 tbsp cider vinegar
Add-ins:
- 2 1⁄2 cups broccoli florets, rough chopped
- 3–4 radishes, sliced
- 1 cup snow peas, sliced (julienned)
- 1/3 cup carrots, shredded
- 1/3 cup dill
- 1/3 cup chives
- 1/4 cup basil
- 1 cup crumbled feta
Directions
- Mix all ingredients together in a large bowl.
- Let chill in the fridge for minimum of 30 minutes before serving.
