Ingredients
- 1.5 oz bourbon
- 0.5 oz peach nectar
- 0.75 oz fresh lemon juice
- 0.5 oz honey syrup
- 1 egg white
- 2 oz Prosecco
- Lemon peel slice
Directions
- Dry shake everything except the Prosecco.
- Then shake again with ice.
- Strain into a chilled tall glass.
- Top gently with Prosecco.
- Garnish with a thin lemon peel slice.
