Ingredients
- 1.5 oz rye
- 0.5 oz lemon juice
- 0.5 oz ginger honey syrup
- 2 to 3 oz Ginger Ale
- 2 dashes Aromatic bitters
Directions
- Add rye, lemon, syrup, bitters to a highball with ice
- Give it a quick 5 second stir
- Top with ginger ale
- Garnish: long lemon twist, optional candied ginger
