Radicchio with Maple & Miso

Radicchio with Maple & Miso Ingredients
- 1 tbsp white miso
- Juice from ½ of a lemon
- 1 tbsp sesame oil
- 1 tbsp Dijon mustard
- ⅛ cup maple syrup
- ½ tsp salt
- 1 large head of Raddichio, roughly chopped
- 1 cup of pecorino, grated
- ⅓ cup salted pistachios, chopped
- ¼ cup chives, finely sliced
Directions
- Mix white miso, lemon juice, Dijon, maple syrup and salt in a large mixing bowl.
- Toss Radicchio and half of the amount of pecorino in the dressing.
- Plate and top with the rest of the pecorino, pistachio, and chives.
