Ingredients
- 1½–2 cups roasted veggies
- Large flour tortillas or wraps
- Fresh greens (spinach or spring mix)
- Shredded rotisserie or leftover chicken (optional)
Spreads & Additional Toppings:
- Hummus
- Tzatziki
- Crumbled feta/goat cheese
- Greek dressing or Italian dressing
Directions
- Spread hummus or tzatziki down the center of the wrap. Add a handful of fresh greens, followed by warm roasted veggies. Top with shredded chicken, if using.
- Finish with crumbled feta/goat cheese or a drizzle of Greek or Italian dressing.
- Fold in the sides and roll tightly. Slice in half and enjoy!
