Ingredients
Pineapple salsa:
- 2 cups of fresh pineapple, diced
- 2 cups of cucumber, diced
- 1 cup cilantro, finely chopped
- ½ cup red onion, diced
- 1 finger chili, finely sliced
- Juice from 2 limes
- 1 tsp salt
- 1 tsp smoked paprika
- 1 tsp cumin
Sesame crusted Tuna:
- 2 yellow fin tuna steaks
- 1 tsp salt
- 1 tsp ground black pepper
- ¼ cup sesame seeds
- ¼ cup black sesame seeds
Directions
For the Pineapple salsa:
- Mix all ingredients together in a bowl, set aside in the fridge.
For the Sesame crusted Tuna:
- Sprinkle sesame seeds onto a plate and coat tuna filet on both sides.
- Sear tuna in a nonstick pan over medium heat for 2 minutes per side.
- Serve tuna with pineapple salsa and enjoy!
