Ingredients
Base:
- 8 frozen waffles
- 2 cups Vanilla Ice Cream
S’mores Filling:
- 1/2 cup Marshmallow Fluff
Chocolate Coating:
- 1 1/2 cups chocolate chips (milk or dark)
- 2 tablespoons coconut oil or neutral oil
- Crunch Coating
- 1 cup graham cracker crumbs
- Optional: pinch of salt
Directions
Toast the waffles
- Toast waffles until golden and crisp, then let cool completely.
Assemble
- Spread about 1 tablespoon marshmallow fluff on one waffle.
- Add about 1/4–1/3 cup ice cream on the opposite waffle and spread evenly.
- Top with another waffle and press gently.
Freeze
- Freeze sandwiches for 20–30 minutes until firm.
Melt Chocolate
- In a microwave or over a double boiler: Melt chocolate chips with oil Stir until smooth.
Dip & Coat
- Dip the edges of each sandwich into chocolate.
- Immediately roll in graham crumbs.
