Spicy Caesar with Spicy Toppings

Spicy Caesar

Ingredients

  • 1 lemon wedge
  • Caesar rimmer, for the rim
  • Ice, as needed
  • 60 mL (2 oz) vodka
  • 5 mL (1 tsp) Worcestershire sauce
  • 10 mL (2 tsp) prepared horseradish
  • 5 mL (1 tsp) Tabasco (or to taste)
  • 500 mL (2 cups) extra spicy Clamato

Garnish

  • 1 spicy pickled green bean
  • 1 oyster, shucked
  • 2 dashes pepper sauce
  • 1 hot salami stick
  • 1 cucumber spear

Directions

  1. Rim a tall glass with the lemon wedge, then coat the rim with Caesar rimmer.
  2. Fill the glass to the top with ice.
  3. Add vodka, Worcestershire, horseradish, Tabasco, and Clamato. Stir well to combine.
  4. Garnish with the spicy pickled bean, cucumber spear, salami stick, and a freshly shucked oyster. Finish the oyster with pepper sauce and serve immediately.
